: If your period was "delayed for one week" after "unprotected sex", your ovulation was delayed, and with a negative urine pregnancy test, the chances of pregnancy from the episode described is minimal. Take a home test again if you have symptoms consistent with pregnancy. Ask your GYN physician about low dose oral bcp's.
