Try treating: Heartburn, see if that helps but likely a muscle spasm. You are young for heart problems, low probability at 31, unless you have huge risk factors like uncontrolled diabetes with high blood pressure, smoker and family history of early mi. Like i said, try generic ranitidine for heartburn.
