Benzocaine spray: It is normal to have a little itching as the tissue heals. Usually your doctor or midwife repairs the tear with an absorbable suture and this can cause a small itching reaction. You can use an over the counter spray called Dermoplast or any anesthetic spray with benzocaine. If it isnt getting better see your doctor.
