Yes : Many women have discharge without other symptoms. In general we look for itching and odor. Testing is needed to determine the exact cause and then create a treatment option. Yeast and bacterial vaginosis are the two most common non sexually transmitted causes of discharge. Testing is needed to know which is the cause.
