Your genital warts should eventually clear & you should then not be contagious. Women now have access to an HPV vaccine that can prevent most strains of this. Even if they acquire genital warts, childbearing is the norm and not a significant risk to the baby.

Warts would not interfere with your ability to father children. While it would not affect the warts, you should get HPV vaccine to prevent infection with more serious HPV viral strains.
