"Visanne" contains a progestin, and can be used in combination with estrogen as a contraceptive, but using barrier contraception (condoms) and taking the "morning after pill" while reducing chances for pregnancy are not 100% preventative. Obtain a referral to a GYN physician and ask about low dose combination oral contraceptive use, which will stop ovarian estrogen and treat "endo".
