No guessing Here: The most common reason for a missed or late period is pregnancy. Why have you not done a pregnancy test yet? If you have no sexual risk of pregnancy then missing periods can also be caused by stress, extremes of dieting, exercise, and obesity as well as other things that cause hormones to fluctuate.
