No STI can show up in under 36-48 hours, and a "small white patch" is unlikely to be an STD. Whatever this is, probably it was there before the sexual exposure and only now being noticed. It doesn't sound at all serious, but see a doctor if it persists and/or you reman concerned.

Also be on the lookout for discharge from your penis, i.e. mucus or pus, perhaps showing by as underwear stains. Get medical care ASAP. Your partner also should be checked for STDs.
