Almost zero chance, even if you had sex with an infected partner (which apparently you did not). ARS symptoms start within 2-3 weeks of exposure. You might want to test for HIV (and other STDs) to reassure yourself about it. You should be seeing a doctor for these symptoms; you can ask her about HIV testing as well as whatever else she recommends to evaluate the cause. Good luck.
