Waiting for my cyctoscopy this month since end of may ive had constant irritation in my urethra and urge to urinate more frequently not infection, std blood and urine test came back ok what could this be? could it be inflamed urethra is it permanent?

This is a long time to wait for cysto. Yes it could be an inflamed urethra. From your description it does not sound anything pemanent. Drink plenty of water and try OTC AZO/ Hope you feel better
