The question is unclear. Herpes can cause recurrent cold sores near the mouth in someone with no history of sexual activity. The germ would not transfer to the genitals from that location. You don't get genital herpes unless there has been some transfer of the germ from an infected person to the genitals. It could transfer from oral genital contact.

If you mean by asymmetric hymen, it is normal to have asymmetry. If you have not had sexual contact, genital or oral, you are unlikely to have herpes.
