Does pearly penile papules cream work and if so what one would you recommend or something close to it?

Pearly penile papules are normal and never need treatment. There are no creams that would have any effect at all. Don't waste your money. Just live with them, assuming the diagnosis is correct. If uncertain about the diagnosis, see a dermatologist to confirm.

PPP are harmless and need to be removed if so desired esthetically. Local applications or other means to destroy them have been used but can cause burns and scars I do not recommend using anything
