You had a son at age 12? It is unusual at age 10, but if he has wet dreams he has become an adolescent and if so he will produce semen and sometimes masturbate. It is best you have the pediatrician check him.

What you described is normal. Hyperesthesia after ejaculation is normal, so is leaking semen discharge after an ejaculation.
