Bleeding, specifically bright red blood, reflects tissue injury from a scrape/scratch/cut at the site. Such spotting after the trauma of digital penetration is not uncommon. I doubt it has anything to do with your BC. The injured tissue will likely self heal but if you develop a discharge/itching or burning you may need to be checked out.
