Smegma is a thick accumulation of skin secretions in the region of the penis. It does not contain sperm which are required for pregnancy. Sexual intercourse with penetration of the penis into the vagina is required for pregnancy. Even before ejaculation, small amounts of seminal fluid with sperm can be secreted which may lead to pregnancy. Use a condom for prevent pregnancy.
