My age is 23 . when i don't masturbates for some days i feel testicular pain .i feel pain in scrotum and lower abdominal.after masturbating it's stop after sometime.can u tell me cause and home treatment for same.is it affects me for child in future?

This could be due to blood congestion during masturbation. If you are worried and it persists see a Urologist. No it will not affect your ability to father a child
