Symptoms very typical for yeast infection. Discuss with your doctor and consider trial of treatment with a vaginal "azole" cream or suppository (clotrimazole, miconazole, several others), available over the counter. Or single dose oral fluconazole (Diflucan). Definitely see doctor if such treatment doesn't help. Good luck.

The immune systems in the body can be hypersensitive to certain substances which cause contact allergic irritation in the vagina-- semen, spermicides, latex in condoms, K-Y jelly, and similar lubricants, topical medications, rubber diaphragms, scented soaps, bubble baths, douches--Treatment-- avoiding the substance. It could be early yeast or B. vaginosis- appropriate medication needed
