You needn't worry at all. People with HSV are immune (or at least highly resistant) to new infections with the same HSV type they already have (almost certainly HSV1 in your case). Nobody with oral HSV1 ever transmits it to their own genital area. You also cannot catch HSV1 again from kissing or sex with an infected partner, anywhere on your body. Itching "all over" is not a herpes symptom.
