On the first day of my cycle i.e. 26 october i had unprotected sex because of some reasons i get but late to take an ipill so i took an ipill on 28 october but after taking it my periods suddenly stopped what could be the reason behind it ?

The hormones in ipill, (emergency contraceptive) alter the usual hormonal balance of a lady and can alter the rhythm of a period. As long as you took the pill within 72 hours of sex, you are likely to be protected from pregnancy. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. Consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine,

Because the progesterone in the i-pill stops the period.
