I had a bump on my butt and it itched first i put antibiotics ointment on it but today it was bigger than it was yesterday .. it looks like a rash now?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If the lesion is in the butt crack, it may be a pilonidal cyst.
