The disruption of your normal hormonal cycle due to emergency pill could be the explanation. If you do not wish to be pregnant use contraction all the time, every time, consider using an IUD. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
