Hi i have a bump which is not as same in color as penis,on one side of penis near glans though not painful. i am 19 years and worried if it is something serious like cancer. also i have never done sex so i don't think i have stds?

Any lump on the penis should be examined by primary care physician or urologist in person for diagnosis and treatment. Possibilities include a benign cyst or a genital wart at your age would be extremely weird to have any kind of cancer.
