Medications which may have effects on the prostate usually have adverse effects in sexual function by my opinion. By Drug.com: common side effects of saw palmetto may include: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation; headache, dizziness; or impotence, sexual problems. Most significant side effect is slowing the blood clotting process so you have to stop this supplement 2 weeks before surgery.
