100% serious, not a joke or gimic. a tick came out of the head of my penis during ejaculation. i didnt know it was even possible, been nauseous/puking for 48 hrs prior. felt it traveling through, then it came out and plucked it off tip. advice?

Very familiar with tick borne diseases. Never heard of. More likely tick migrated from suprapubic area or scrotum to head of penis. Are you sure it was a tick? Was it embedded under skin. If so may need single dose Vibramycin for prophylaxis.

yes it is possible. I would suggest you be tested for Lyme disease. If that is neg. you have nothing to worry. If you work in garden/ or shrubbery use precautions and check your body for ticks before showering.
