Just because they have no history of STD’s does not mean that they do not have an STD. If the four individuals mentioned truly are negative for all STDs, and do not have sex with anyone outside of these four people, they will not get an STD. However, if anyone has sex outside of this foursome, then everyone is at risk for contracting an STD.
