Too close to tell apart. Father could be any one of them from dates. From situations, Man 1 is most likely, since precum contains plenty of semen. Your best bet is to have the baby genetically tested once its born and do paternity testing of the men.

My guess would be Man 1, who had unprotected sex, Pre-cum can have enough sperm to result in pregnancy. If Man 2 wore a condom all the time, he is unlikely to be the father. Where was the semen from Man 3? You can get a paternity test before the baby is born. You blood has baby's DNA circulating in it and it can be tested to determine paternity.
