I pill (Plan B) alters the hormonal status and could result in irregular bleeding. However, 3-4 weeks after the episode of sex in question. you should do a home pregnancy test. if the result is negative, repeat it 4-5 days later. . If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.
