Get tested: Ant unprotected sexual intercourse in a young woman with a missed cycle is pregnancy until proven otherwise. You need a blood prgegnacy test ( hcg- qualitative and quantitative )- always protect yourself with condoms, foam, gel or bc ( pills. Iud).

Test for pregnancy: Plan b works best when taken within the first 12-24 hrs after unprotected sex. Menstruation should come as scheduled. If not, it would be advisable to take a pregnancy test at this time.
