See replies to your other questions. It's not an STD, but some reports have found STDs to be more common in men with sclerosing lymphangitis. Of course this depends on STD risk. If you have had non-mongamous sex or suspect a partner has done so, get tested for common STDs like gonorrhea and chlamydia. If not, don't worry about it.
