Sir my sperm are 31 m /ml active 26% sluggish 15% dead59 puss cell 8-9 is my report is ok? for pregnancy what should i do?

26% active+15% Sluggish is at lower limit of normal for fertility. Advise daily excercise, healty diet with lots of fruit, grain, vegetables & healthy protein. Restrict intercourse to evrey 2nd or 3rd day concentrating on partners ovulation dates. Place pillow under her hips & have her remain lying supine (face up) for somw time after ejaculation to maximize sperm penetration.
