You really should see a doctor in person so that a complete history and physical exam can be done. It is not possible to give you a specific diagnosis without examining you-you may also need medical tests to find out what the problem is so you can be treated. So, see your doctor. Hope you feel better real soon!!

It is very common for testicular discomfort to radiate to the abdomen. If your testicle is tender to the touch it signifies some inflammation. A low grade epididymus (sits on top of the testicle) inflammation may be the problem. Your physician or a urologist can evaluate and advise you. Appropriate testing will be done.
