If the material is on the outside of your vagina, it can be easily washed off by a spray of water. If it is inside, you may need to douche to get it out. Squeeze the bottle gently and firmly so that the liquid will come out in a slow, non irritating stream, allow excess fluid to drain from the vagina. Repeat if necessary.
