Good day, i recently started with birth control pill (mercilon) ive only had the pills for 2 days, doctor said they will only be effective after my next menstrual cycle, will it be safe to take morning after pill after unprotected sex?

Morning after pill has progesterone in it, which is also in your contraceptive pills, so that would be a lot of progesterone & might have side effects. If you have not already taken it I recommend not, though it may not harm. Use of a condom or abstaining from sex until a full month of contraceptive is preferable
