Since ovulation may occur at different intervals "after the period", depending on the type of "protection", pregnancy is possible. A period delayed by "seven days" may be do to delayed ovulation secondary to stress (emotional, school, work, etc.) which would also delay the onset of menses. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
