See a gyn: The combination of lactating & irregular cycles could be a sign of a growth called a pituitary adenoma. This can be screened for by measuring the level of a hormone called prolactin in the blood. If it is elevated then either a MRI or ct scan of the pituitary gland will diagnose the condition. It is treatable with medication.
