Premature ejaculation can have a variety of causes: Psychological factors, Stress/Anxiety, Relationship problems, hormonal problems or Erectile dysfunction. Common treatment options for premature ejaculation include behavioral techniques, topical anesthetics, medications and counseling. Viagra only treats premature ejaculation if it is due to erectile dysfunction.
