One that works for u: Seriously! Best medicine varies for any given individual. What's best for one isn't always best for someone else. Regarding erectile dysfunction, PDE-5 inhibitors such as Cialis, Levitra, (vardenafil) Staxyn, Stendra & Viagra are easy to take pills that are typically successful, tho expensive. Yohimbe is not as effective. Alprostadil is more invasive, whether a pellet is placed in urethral or a shot is given.

Yes: Erectile dysfunction is a normal process of aging. The incidence begins to rise when a man enter his 30's and 40's. The degree of severity that a patient experiencses is variable. The severity depends on the overall health of the patient, medications taken, exercising, other other comorbidites such as diabetes and hypertension.
