Im on nexaplanon birth control & will any preworkout supplements will affect it / make it deficient? i was looking towards supplements called c4, maw energy,& alani nu?& any recommendations on what herbs i should stay away from on this birth control?

Nexplanon ?'s: Nexplanon contains a progestin, and works by prevention of implantation via the action of the progestin on the uterine lining. Nexplanon is close in effectiveness to oral bcp's , and is not affected by herbal supplements. Since periods are often far apart on Nexplanon, if other symptoms suggest pregnancy, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain.
