Oral contraceptives: Cold temperatures do not typically affect hormones in pills. They should still be as effective as before. Heat, though can degrade the hormones, so don't leave the pills in your car or in a bag outside in the sun. Try to link your OCP intake to a specific ativity, such as drinking your morning coffee, or at bedtime. It is vital to take OCP every day at the same time.
