FAT INTAKE & SPERM: To understand the effects of nutrition, many research results are available as you see online. Studies suggest that, yes, milk consumption seems to affect the sperm count--it has increased with low-fat milk, and decreased with full-fat milk or cheese consumption (or other saturated-fat intake, too). Nutrition is our body's starting point. What we ingest affects our body's function. Eat wisely!
