Im 28 and i just noticed i have a sacral dimple that seems very deep. i am also having extremely bad tailbone pain with rectum pressure. could it be related?

Possibly: Spinal bifida occulta, or nonunion of a lower vertebra often appears as a dimple over the spine;hence, the possible correlation. An X-ray can make the diagnosis. See your local doc for an eval of this pain issue, especially if a different problem exists! Good luck
