"Morning after pill": Morning after pills are essentially birth control pills, but are not a "100% guarantee" against pregnancy taken as described. You may experience some mild withdrawal bleeding, but to be certain about pregnancy, wait a week after the expected start of your next period, and obtain a serum HCG test to be sure about pregnancy.
