Scrotal lumps: Almost all lumps separate from testis are benign. Sebaceous cyst can occur within scrotal skin. Hydrocele of cord can be present above testis at top of scrotum. Cysts of head of epididymis are locatedabove testis & not exactly at top of scrotum,
