Low/not zero: It takes healthy functioning sperm to do the job of triggering pregnancy. They do not tolerate being outside the body for any length of time or the enzymes in saliva. That said there is a low but some chance one or more could survive such a process if it happened rather quickly. If it sat around for a while before insertion there is less risk, but not zero.

Agree with Dr. F: The risk of you being the father of the baby, if the girl is pregnant is low. You may wish to find out if she has been doing other men as well. If she is pregnant, a paternity test can be done by testing the cell free DNA in the mothers blood and you would need to consult a doctor and seek her cooperation in getting the test.
