Good day on the 25th of october 2020 after sex i had these extreme sharp pain on the lower part of my tummy that were like period pains but more of sharp pain. i still get those pains now and then and my tummy feels hard like it's bloated?

Gynecologist: I recommend an examination by your gynecologist. It's possible to that you had a rupture of an ovarian cyst and leakage of some fluid to explain the pains and firmness of your pelvic area. A pelvic ultrasound will most likely be ordered as part of the assessment.
