My poop has smelled like latex twice in the past week. i am sexually active but i'm pregnant so we're not using condoms. what could be the reason for this?

Chemical odor of stool is felt to be caused by incomplete breakdown of proteins in the intestinal tract. On the other hand, very foul smelling stools can be a sign of malabsorption or infections and inflammatory disorders of the intestinal tract.. I feel that your symptom doesn't fall into any such category.
