Had a large abscess on top of butt crack. it broke and squeezed all of the contents out. now a large hard callus has formed. flesh colored and no pain. how should this be handled?

Abscess: Please have this medically assessed. This could be a pilonidal abscess which could recur. Surgical incision & drainage may be needed for recurrence, or sometimes more extensive interventions.
