Cycle not normal: Assuming that this is not related to pregnancy, then it is either a disruption of the normal hormonal changes in the cycle (often related to not ovulating regularly) or related to anatomic changes such as polyps or fibroids. This is easily evaluated by an ob/gyn with a history, exam and ultrasound. Good luck!
