Testosterone level: The testicular trauma you described is unlikely to have affected the ability of the testicle to produce testosterone. Early symptoms of low testosterone include low libido, low energy, and fatigue. If you start to experience these symptoms, talk with your doctor about getting your testosterone levels checked.
