My : My advice is to see a doctor for this problem. A detailed history and exam will be the key to diagnosing and treating this issue. It is very difficult to say without actually seeing the lesions. By the date of this post about a week has passed. Did you see a doctor? If not are the bumps still present? I hope you are well.

Sounds like: It may be condyloma accuminata or venereal warts. No otc med will work. Need to see a colorectal surgeon or your pcp.
